Carriage Costs:

CARRIAGE COST CONTRIBUTION for SMALL ORDERS
There is no minimum order value and 95% of products are delivered free for orders over £150. On orders below £150 there will be an additional £10 charge.

CARRIAGE COST for SOME PRODUCTS
Due to increased carriage costs there may be an additional charge for delivering some products, such as conveyors, pallet racking and large storage containers.

CARRIAGE COST TO SCOTLAND, CORNWALL, CENTRAL LONDON, ISLANDS or IRELAND
Due to increased carriage costs there may be an additional charge for delivering some products, this will be advised prior to processing your order.
Highlands Islands, Ireland: Please check for following post codes: AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KY, Ml, PA, PH, TD, TR, PO.
London: Please check for following post codes: E, EC, N, WW, SE, SW, W and WC.

CARRIAGE COST FOR HYAB DELIVERY
Our large modular storage containers normally require special delivery and placement with a HYAB vehicle. The cost for this will be quoted on application.

CARRIAGE COST FOR 'FORS' REGISTERED TRANSPORT
For some sites FORS registered transport is required, The cost for this will be quoted on application.

OFF LOADING AND DISTRIBUTION AROUND SITE
The materials delivered to site are the clients responsibility for offloading and distribution on and around site.

Any additional costs will be kept to a minimum, based on location, size, weight and any special requirements.  
Orders placed where a surcharge is applicable may not be processed without additional charges being agreed and paid.

Returns:

If the Buyer has placed the Order as a consumer (as defined by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014) The Buyer may cancel the Order at any time within seven (7) days of receiving the Goods without any liability to the Company except any direct cost incurred by the Company in relation to the Goods being returned and the Company will refund to the Buyer any part of the Price that the Company has received, provided the Goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging and that the Goods have not been specifically tailored to the Buyer's specifications, which includes items assembled to order, or personalised, or the Goods by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate.

If the Buyer has placed the Order as a Commercial or Business customer The Buyer may cancel the Order at any time within seven (7) days of receiving the Goods without any liability to the Company except any direct cost incurred by the Company in relation to the Goods being restocked, delivered and returned. (Typical restocking charge is 20%) and the Company will refund to the Buyer any balance of the Price that the Company has received, provided the Goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging and that the Goods have not been specifically tailored to the Buyer's specifications, which includes items assembled to order, or personalised, or the Goods by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate.

Damaged Goods:

When goods are delivered they must be inspected and singed for. Goods will not be left without a signature. Please examine goods carefully. If the goods have been damaged during delivery this must be noted on the carriers delivery note. If the goods are damaged you can refuse to accept delivery. Please be aware by signing a carriers delivery note you are waiving the carriers liability for damage in transit. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
